We have almost 30 years experience specialising in the production of microwave and high frequency printed circuit boards.


Our unique vacuum deposition metallisation process reliably produces clean, accurate features with excellent impedance characteristics. Our world class products are widely used in commercial and defence applications.

Single Sided/Double Sided

Long boards can be produced up to 1800 mm (70.87 inches) in length, without plated through holes, solder mask or legend.

  • Smallest PTH hole size:
    • Standard: 0.4 mm (16 mils) diameter
    • Special: 0.1 mm to 0.35 mm (4 mils to 14 mils) diameter
  • Track Widths and Spaces:
    • Standard: 0.2 mm (8 mils)
    • Special: 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm (2 mils to 6 mils)
  • Best Tolerance on Track an d Space Widths : ±8 microns (0.3 mils) depending on design and substrate used
  • Plating Thickness: Standard plating thickness is 35 to 50 microns (1.4 mils to 2 mils) Other thicknesses available on request. Same thickness in holes as on surface

 

We can provide Single, Double or multilayer FR4 and PTFE PCBs. We do 4-8 layers as standard with mixed Dielecric Composites and higher layer counts on request.

Materials and Board Sizes

Lintek has experience working with a wide range of materials. Available substrates include:

We keep stock of standard and specialist materials. We are also able to work with customer supplied laminates.

Depaneling

Routed Tab

Route along the outline of the board, leaving tabs to hold the boards on the panel until manually separated.

Standard drilled tab

Similar to Routed Tabs but with a series of holes drilled in the tab. Provides a cleaner break with less clean-up required.

Blind snap off Drilled tab

A variety of drilled tab that ensures external dimensional tolerances are maintained without further finishing. Requires additional clearances between drilled holes and copper features.

Pinned Route

Pins hold the boards in position while the outline is routed. Provides the cleanest finish, but requires 2 positioning pins on every board.

Mini Prototyping Service

Fast Turn at lower cost on standard boards

If you’re in need of a solution to meet a basic PCB requirement or only require part of a standard 457.2 x 609.6 mm (18 x 24 inches) panel, the mini-prototype service may be for you.

Available on standard FR4 1.6 mm (0.063 inch), Single sided and DSPTH circuit boards, with a usable area of approximately 203.2 x 279.4 mm (8 x 11 inches).

  • PCB Type: DS PTH, DS NPTH and Single sided, on FR4 1.6 mm (0.063 inch) material
  • Annular ring (min diameter): Finished hole diameter +0.4 mm (16 mils)
  • Boards per panel: max 25 boards
  • Copper thickness: 30 microns to 50 microns (1.2 mils to 2 mils)
  • Drill size (min diameter): 0.5 mm (20 mils)
  • Overlay/silkscreen: x2, white only, min text width 0.15 mm (6 mils)

  • Router size: min rout diameter 2.0 mm (78.7 mils), min internal radius 1.0 mm (39.4 mils)
  • Soldermask: x2, green only, with a min 0.1 mm (4 mils) clearance around pads
  • Track / space: min 0.15 mm/0.15 mm (6 mils/6 mils)
  • Usable area/max board size: 280 x 200 mm (11.02 x 7.87 inches),  10 mm (0.39 inch)  separation between boards
