Lintek is an innovative Australian manufacturing company, that leads the world with its patented technology in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). We supply to Australian and international markets, with more than 75% of our products heading directly to the defence industry.
Currently employing ~50 people within our 3,000sqm manufacturing facility, we are at the forefront of the manufacturing resurgence in Australia in supporting our customer’s needs. This growth will see significant expansion across our workforce, our capabilities and manufacturing footprint.
Lintek sets its business values around three primary principles:
Lead; in innovation, in industry, and in quality
Link; to existing technologies and techniques, and to our supply chain and customers
Learn; new materials and techniques, what our customer wants, and from our mistakes
Our business can only be successful from the way in which we set about looking after our most valued commodity – our people.
Our Core Values stem from the foundation of our primary principles:
Respect – Acknowledge the unique contributions each team member brings
Support – Encourage through guidance and empathy
Trust – Believe in each other’s capabilities
Collaborate – Work together to achieve the common goal
Adapt – Believe in change and build on existing capabilities
Thrive – Celebrate! Reward! Set new horizons
Our Core Values therefore set the tone and help ensure we succeed in achieving our mission in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner.
